Tell me a little about your history in planning and hosting events for women small business owners? 

In the Pinc, founded in 2010 began hosting small business vendor events for women business owner the same year with the creating of our Southern California signature event, The Black Business Women's . 


In addition to San Diego, In the Pinc has hosted small business expos in: 

Milwaukee, WI  |  Little Rock, AR  | Beaufort, SC  |  Memphis, TN  |  Nashville, TN | 

Norfolk, VA  |  Moreno Valley, CA  |  


In addition, In the Pinc has hosted over 100 networking events, workshops and small business development forums, all supporting women entrepreneurs and women small business owners. 


How do I reserve a vendor's booth for the Beaufort Black Women's Business Conference?

Where will the Beaufort Black Women's Business Conference be held? 

The event will be held at the Beaufort Holiday Inn


What does each vendor set up look like? 

There are two vendor set ups available - Single table and L-shaped. Vendors that select the L-shaped option will receive two six foot vendor tables set up in the L-shaped design with two chairs and one plastic table covering. 


All other vendors will have access to one vendor display table top (round or rectangle), two chairs per table and one table covering. 

 

How many people can I bring with me to help me at my booth?

Each vendor is allow ONLY one booth helper. All other helpers will be required to purchase an attendee ticket. No one will be allowed into the exhibit area without either a vendor's badge or vendor's support badge. 


What time can vendor's set up their displays? 

All vendors will be allowed to begin setup at 9:15 a.m. Each vendor is required to have displays complete NLT 10:15 a.m. 


Please Note: It is extremely important that you arrive on time to begin putting together your display. The vendor display area will close at 10:15 a.m. and will not be accessible to anyone until 11:30 a.m. 

 

What time will attendees be allowed to shop with vendors?

The vendor area will be open to event attendees beginning at 11:30 a.m.

 

What time does the Beaufort SC Black Women's Business Conference begin? 

The Beaufort SC BWBC begins at 10:00 a.m. The vendor gallery will not open until 11:30 a.m. From 10:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. ABSOLUTELY no one will be allowed in the vendor area. 

 

When can vendors begin to break down their displays? 

All vendors can begin to break down their displays beginning at 2:00 p.m. ALL displays must be broken down and cleared out NLT 3:00 p.m. 

 

What if I need to cancel my booth, can I get a refund?

There are no refunds or cancellations permitted once a vendor's booth has been purchased. If you decide not to participate in the Conference, you do have the right to sell your vendor's booth to another interested vendor. However, keep in mind that we do not duplicate direct sales vendors. The replacement you choose cannot duplicate any paid/registered vendor.
